Sambhar Masala

Sambhar is a lentil dish in which many vegetables are added to make it highly nutritious. Sambhar is the most preferred dish amongst South Indians and consumed along with dosa, idli, vada or plain boiled rice. People in North India are also fond of this dish. Restaurant style sambhar can be prepared at home by using sambhar masala, instead of various masalas individually. This masala mixture is delicious blend prepared by grinding and blending several roasted spices.
